MoXi® collects fees for its services and for the services of third-party vendors. Third-party fee amounts are estimated and actual costs may vary. If a collection shortage occurs, I am responsible for covering the additional costs. In the event of an unused third-party fee, the excess will be credited toward my cash to close. If my loan does not close, the excess amount of unused third-party fees will be refunded to me.
Some third-party fees are non-refundable even if my loan does not close, and will not be returned. In some cases, third-party fees may be due and payable to the third-party vendor in instances where the vendor has been engaged, and those fees will not be refunded.
All MoXi® fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether my loan closes.
My signature is required on the Mexico Real Estate 101 — Fees and Costs Disclosure, this Non-Refundable Loan Fees Disclosure, and the Credit Card Authorization forms for all collections. All disclosures must be signed and current in file.
